Pfitscher’s take on the perfect summer aperitivo: a glass at sunset, panoramic vineyard views, and the authentic flavors of Alto Adige. For six special evenings, our winery transforms into an open-air wine bar: the ideal place to relax, enjoy a good glass, and soak in the atmosphere with friends.

What awaits you: Pfitscher wines by the glass or bottle, panoramic views over the Alto Adige valley, creative street food by Dolomiti Street Food, and a relaxed summer ambiance among the vines with soft music and a gentle evening breeze.

For those who would like to discover more about our work and philosophy, we offer a guided cellar tour at 6 pm. In 30 minutes, we provide a compact insight into our winery and the story behind our wines. The tour costs 10 euros per person and places are limited, so early booking is recommended.
